Woodfire Pizzeria

Located at 1328 Windsor Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30319, Avellino's Wood Fire Pizzeria Brookhaven operates as a pizza restaurant serving Atlanta in Georgia. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 4–9 pm. It is closed on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Avellino's Wood Fire Pizzeria Brookhaven at (404) 500-3841; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Atlanta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I want to say that no matter how bad my experience was I believe in tipping regardless. Now with that being said. We enjoyed ourselves. We ate outside which was very pleasant and relaxing. Yet what I can say is that our service to the table was ignored. Not friendly at all. More like a force friendly attitude because others were around. Food was decent and reasonably price, yes I believe the servings should have been a bit larger but they had the euro style going on and we went with it. We did order more food and it did allow us to try more variety so it was a good thing. Desert was good. Tired 3 of the 5 items on the list. Again we had 3 people so we did share our food. I believe that you treat everyone equally. Just try; you may not get it right but if you have to fit a narrative for another person because you don’t want to be judge then being a serve at a restaurant or even holding a position that has to work with the general public is not for you. Will I return again…. I don’t know, but if I do I hope it turns out for the best. Definitely will have a updated review if I go back. Management needs to review staffing because it takes more than a few patrons to keep a business open

Went for my first time on a busy Friday night sitting at the bar. The service was friendly, the food came out fast, and it was really good.

Absolutely the best wood-fired pizza in the Brookhaven area! The flavors are outstanding, and the crust is perfectly crisp. The service is top-notch - attentive, friendly, and always eager to ensure a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious pizza.

This was our go to pizzeria but the portions have gone done to the point that there are better choices. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and a third of the pizza was crust and missing part of the pie. The cheese bread was a good appetizer but it has shrunk to half its size.

This is our friends favorite pizza place so he invited us to try it. It was a bit of a hike as we live in Midtown but worth it. We started with some appetizers and then we ordered the pizza and wine combo three times. The combo comes with one pizza and a wine bottle for $40. Totally worth it. It was six of us and we drank all three bottles. The pizzas are sized that you can share with someone or have one by yourself. You may not finish it but leftovers are always good. I would highly recommend trying it out.
